Welcome to EAP Consultants


EAP Consultants are an Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing consultancy, helping to support organisations, prevent stress, absenteeism, and trauma, which can adversely affect employees if left unsupported.

We help organisations to support their employees by delivering management training and coaching, wellbeing and employee assistance programmes or combinations thereof.

EAP Consultants have been providing employee support and training programmes for 15 years to a wide spectrum of industries, from large national and multi-national organisations with multiple sites across Ireland and the UK to medium and small organisations from both the public and private sector. 

EAP Consultants are members of EAPA Ireland, EAPA International and the Employee Assistance European Forum. Current best practice procedures are incorporated into our approach and we adhere to the professional Codes of Ethics and Practice of EAPA Ireland. Our team of administrators and counsellors are from multi-disciplinary backgrounds and are all qualified and accredited.
