Our EAP services provide support for employees whose work performance is being adversely affected by personal or work-related issues. EAP Consultants will work with your organisation to develop an Employee Assistance Programme strategy which is specific to your needs and requirements.


Core Services:

  • Unlimited access and usage of 24/7 Helpline, available 365 days a year
  • Information services (including financial and legal) via helpline
  • Immediate support via Helpline 
  • Unlimited access to web and online services of wellbeing and information
  • Management Support via helpline 
  • Access to immediate support (telephone) in case of Critical Incident 
  • Pre-booked and structured Telephone counselling 
  • Telephone assessment and referral to face-to-face counselling for personal/work related concerns
  • Support with substance abuse, chemical dependency and addictions 
  • Support with management of mental health issues.

Implementation Services:

  • Launch and promotion of the service 
  • Promotional materials i.e. wallet cards, brochures, intranet information, posters etc.
  • Information Briefing Sessions provided for staff and management.

Ongoing Services:

  • Regular utilisation reporting and meetings
  • Yearly evaluation report and meeting
  • Regular ‘Soundbyte Seminars’ throughout the year – designated places available free to client companies.
