EAP Options
Our Employee Assistance Programmes have the core value of supporting both the employee, whose work-related or personal issues are impacting on his/her work performance, wellbeing and motivation, and the manager, who may not be qualified to deal with the personal issues of employees.
Each externally-based and confidential programme consists of:
- Unlimited access and usage of a 24/7 helpline
- Information services, including financial and legal, via helpline
- Immediate support via helpline
- Unlimited access to web and online services of wellbeing and information
- Management support via helpline
- Access to immediate support (telephone) in case of Critical Incident
- Pre-booked and structured telephone counselling
- Telephone assessment and referral to face-to-face counselling for personal/work-related concerns
- Support with substance abuse, chemical dependency and addictions
- Support with management of mental health issues
We can provide a full EAP which includes face-to-face counselling for each employee or we can manage your employee assistance programme and provide the counselling separately.
EAP Consultants will design, develop and implement each programme, providing an EAP launch, workshops, information, briefings and wallet cards for employees.
We monitor, follow up and evaluate each programme in order to analyse trends and advise, where appropriate, the implementation of a training programme completely tailored and based on your needs.
