Work Life Balance


Work-Life Balance Programmes are a proactive, preventative approach to staff development, employee health and overall employee and organisational wellbeing.

EAP Consultant’s model is practical, incorporating awareness, information, skill development and behaviour change.

Our Wellbeing at Work Programme focuses on selected themes that could include stress, eating disorders, time management, exercise/physical activity and work-life balance.

By adopting a Work-Life Balance Programme staff benefit by:

  • Gaining information on issues that affect their performance at work
  • Developing skills that enhance their performance
  • Receiving advice on how best to deal with issues and stresses that affect their daily roles

EAP Consultants work directly with key individuals in your organization to ensure the timely implementation of the Work-Life Balance Programme. Our role involves the following activities:

  • Ongoing design and development of the Work-Life Balance Programme
  • Implementation and management of the Programme
  • Provision of resources and information on specific themes selected, including theoretical information, articles, presentations and workshops
  • Delivery of training programmes based on themes selected`
  • Attendance at internal meetings to facilitate the development of the project, outline programme progress and provide owners/management with feedback
