Coaching Services
Coaching is a process designed to help individuals gain clarity, direction and move towards attaining their goals. It looks at desired outcomes or goals, and identifies obstacles, resistance, habits and values.
EAP Consultants work with a dedicated team of coaching specialists. We can provide services in a variety of ways:
- One-to-one coaching for individual employees
- Executive or management coaching
- Lunch time and one/two hour seminars
- Workshops (half or full day available)
- Customised course to develop coaching skills within the organisation.

Providing goal-focused, independent and confidential one-to-one support for individuals can effectively address key issues which may be causing difficulties either just for the individual or within the organisation. Coaching works through the following process:
- Increases awareness of an individual's thinking, behaviours and emotions
- Leads to an understanding and knowledge of where behaviours and emotions are helping and areas they may be hindering
- Helps to recognise and understand the behaviour of others and this can improve communication and manage relationships
- Helps individuals to take responsibility for their own thoughts and behaviours and see that they are the only ones who can bring about real and lasting change in their lives.
