EAP Consultants critical incident continuum of services has been specifically designed to include:
1) planning and preparation before an incident occurs
2) quick and efficient response during a crisis
3) tailored review and follow up mechanisms

EAP Consultants provide CISM services in compliance with the Safety Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005 and provisions contained in the framework for major emergency management.
We have a Critical Incident team to provide a response to critical incidents and carry out assessments at short notice. Members of our response team have certification from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF).
