Welcome to EAP Consultants website.

EAP Consultants Ltd. is an Irish consulting firm specialising in the provision of Employee Assistance & Work/Life Balance Programmes. Our aim is to build effective working relationships with our client companies, providing external, independent support for employees.

Our Employee Assistance Programmes serve a dual role by providing:

• Support for employees whose work is being adversely affected by work-related or personal issues.
• Training and support for management to enable them to deal more effectively with their own and employee concerns.

EAP Consultants are full members of EAPA. Current best practice procedures are incorporated into our approach and we adhere to the professional Codes of Ethics and Practice of EAPA Ireland.

We have successfully delivered EAP services for the past ten years. Our client organisations range from large national and multi-national organisations with multiple sites across Ireland to medium and small companies. They come from the public and private sector, academic, retail, pharmaceutical, engineering, financial, insurance, banking and other service sectors.
