Service Offerings
Each company has specific requirements, based on budgetary considerations, employee demographics, geography, existing support systems etc.
Service Offerings fall into one of two categories:
1 Flat Fee Model
The Flat Fee Model has a fixed cost. Whatever the utilisation, you pay the same amount. This can be advantageous in planning budgets, and if there is uncertainty about potential take-up of the service.
A company decides how many face-to-face counselling sessions they want to make available to their employees. Often this is set at 4 or 6 sessions per annum.
2 Management Fee Model
An annual Management Fee is charged, adding on a per-session basis for face-to-face counselling.
The Helpline – telephone support, advice and information services are all be available.
A Management Fee based model can have advantages for companies, as it keeps the initial outlay cost of the service as low as possible. It may also be of benefit if the take-up is lower than average.
For all categories, the EAP service can additionally be available for immediate family members and/or retired employees.
Additional services can be added to the EAP Programmes.
