Seminar to guide Managers through the key competencies for Managing pressure including key skills in managing stress levels within their work environment and within themselves, understanding stress as a phenomena, understanding when stress becomes strain, understanding the human performance curve, understanding the symptoms and effects of stress, relieving stress during normal work activities, managing stress and managing others, and effective boundary setting for conflict and communication.
